Can I provide my own item for embroidery?
Yes! Customer-supplied items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before purchase for approval. While every precaution is taken, we cannot be responsible for damage to customer-provided items during the embroidery process.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins on custom orders. This will be discussed during the quoting process.
How long does it take to complete an order?

Can I make changes to my order after it has been approved?

Will I see a proof before my item is completed?

Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Yes! We welcome orders for businesses, schools, teams, family reunions, weddings, and special events. Contact us for custom pricing on larger orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash Apps preferred- Apple Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Checks and Cash are accepted as well. Full payment must be received before orders are shipped.
Can you recreate a logo or design I found online?
We can only embroider designs that you own or have permission to use. We respect copyright and trademark laws and reserve the right to decline requests that violate those protections.
Do we ship personalized items?
We are happy to offer shipping for our custom embroidered products. Please note that all orders requiring shipment will incur an additional charge to cover shipping and handling costs. These charges will be included in your final invoice. Before any order is shipped, customers will receive a final proof or photo for approval. We will not ship personalized items until final approval has been provided by the customer. This process helps ensure that every detail meets your expectations and minimizes the possibility of any issues after delivery. Because all items are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout the approval process, as our goal is to provide you with a product you will love.
